The Peacock Pansy is a species of nymphalid butterfly found in Cambodia and South Asia. this butterfly can live for up to 11months.
The Peacock Pansy is active in bright sunshine and prefers open areas. When resting on a perch it will open its wings wide to sunbathe.
Male have a wingspan of around 46-60cm, while Female wingspan of 65-85mm.
Host Plant : Flowers of lantana and Ixora.
